Terms of Service
We ship within Australia using Australia Post - Parcel Send.
Depending on your location, we dispatch orders each week up until Wednesday 12-noon to ensure orders are delivered within the same week. Delivery within 5 days is not possible for all locations.
During particularly hot weather, we may contact you requesting to hold off a week (or until cooler weather) before shipping.
We highly recommend using an address that has someone present to receive the parcel (such as sending it to your workplace for example if you’re not usually at home during weekdays).
Whilst we do our best to minimise heat damage during transit - our returns policy and terms of service does not cover chocolate that has melted/bloomed during transit.
Every chocolate bar is hand-molded and hand wrapped. This means that each bar will have unique irregularities which are not considered quality faults.
Please email us if you are concerned about the quality of Spencer Cocoa chocolate received from us in the post, or if it has arrived damaged.
We are not responsible for missing, stolen or damaged packages after they are delivered to the address specified by the customer, or for orders returned or delayed due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.
We are not responsible for shipping delays whilst your product is in transit due to circumstances out of our control and are not able to offer refund for those reasons.
