Spencer Cocoa - single plantation chocolate

Spencer Cocoa is chocolate... made from cocoa beans grown, picked, fermented and dried on the island of Malekula, Vanuatu... then roasted and made into chocolate here in Mudgee, Australia.

I first travelled to Malekula in 2010 to rejuvenate a remote cocoa plantation. It was here the passion began - for the island, the locals and the amazing cocoa tree. Spencer Cocoa continues to work with the cocoa growers of Malekula to produce a better bean.

With this handcrafted bar, we share the fruits of our labour with you!
