Spencer Cocoa chocolate is made from scratch, bean-to-bar, using cocoa beans grown on the island of Malekula, Vanuatu.
We visit Malekula each harvest to catch up with our growers and buy new-season beans. Our growers ferment and dry the beans ready for shipping to Mudgee, Australia. We roast the beans in our tiny Mudgee factory and grind them into chocolate!
